attracting
attention
attracting attention is the graphic design practice of Apsara Flury. After graduating from Fachklasse Grafik Luzern in Switzerland, Apsara spent a handful of years in London before relocating to Den Haag, NL. Her practice develops visual concepts and design outputs that attract attention to projects and organisations across varying scales, media and fields, including architecture, arts and culture.
Apsara’s work has been deemed “excellent” by the Tokyo Type Directors Club and highly rated and awarded by design competitions, including Best Dutch Book Designs, INTL International and D&AD.
A key element of her approach is the act of collecting visual materials and narrative fragments in public spaces, thereby creating a living archive activated through her publishing platform Papertrail.
